As much as it is, however indirectly or by suggestion, about death, it had me throughout thinking about life. “Experimental” is such a vague term for films; whatever else it is, this film is not vague (neither nouvelle or ancienne). I also really loved the music.

What I took away from the film was this thought: “The only reason there is death is because there is life.” And as such the film is about life. (Though in quotes, the sentence is my own)
