It crashed VLC no more than 2-3 seconds after starting playback. I’ve played thousands of files using VLC and have never seen it crash before – usually problematic files just won’t play. I was eventually able to fix it by using ffmpeg to re-encode the file, but am wondering if it’s just me that had this happen, or if the file is actually corrupted.
