It’s heartbreaking to know he died so young and that he doesn’t realize he has fans today in 2023 who still follow him and love him. May he forever rest in peace and never be forgotten.

Soon after, I sneaked into an old movie palace to catch him as one half of the most exquisitely exotic and handsome male couples to ever grace the silverscreen. Martin Potter was the blond ‘other’ and the film was FELLINI SATYRICON. The screen was gigantic — I mean H-U-G-E — and on that appropriate-to-its-scale sized screen, the film was something near-sacred to behold. It was filmed in something like Super70MM like RYAN’S DAUGHTER and few cinema’s were really equipped to screen films that large. Pure undiluted, psychedelia by way of Fellini’s perverse imagination and some fever dream vision of a crumbling Ancient Rome.

I never expected I would ever be able to watch this movie. Being a fan of the late Hiram Keller, I’m most grateful for your posting this very rare Greek movie. A million thanks!
