Hi James,
I’m not sure how to help you since I never used the ‘fast download’ option on Uloz, what I can recommend you is to download this program called Jdownloader (it’s not a malware don’t worry): https://jdownloader.org/download/index with Jdownloader you can download at faster speeds from Uloz without having to pay for premium/credits and you can also download more than 1 movie at a time, it’s great, give it a try 😉
