LDP certainly had recent candidates run unsuccessfully, with their only campaign platform as turning a chosen city into a home (settlement?) for “refugees”. Japan’s internal issues notwithstanding, there is definitely a think tank/big money-funded training of “global entrepreneurs/leaders” making political/NGO careers out of “refugee placement/homing” — while the causes and importance of reciprocity in migration/exchange aren’t addressed. i.e. problem – reaction – solution disguised as grassroots.

I think it’s just an hexagram, seems to be the logo Argo Project used from 1991 till 1993

Bit off-topic but why is there a star of David right next to the production company logo of Argoproject that is shown before the film begins? Or is it “just” a hexagram?

yeah its a nice movie. its the type of movie i would go to melbourne CBD and pay 14 dollars to watch as part of a school excursion, but then end up leaving the cinema and going to balenciaga or rick owens.

I love the dragon boar scene too! It is one of my favourite scenes in film ever. The scenery is dreamlike and beautiful, and the girl’s facial expressions are amazing. It is so touching too how it brings us as viewers finally within Renko’s perspective and inside of her imagination.
