I was surprised to find myself most intrigued by Art Smith, who plays the detective in charge of the investigation. Movie plot a little more understandable and better written than most noir films. Dan Duryea and Sterling Hayden are such weak actors lol. But Lamour is so pretty! A very decent noir.
